SIVAD Consulting is a woman-owned consulting firm headquartered in Maryland. It is a subsidiary of SIVAD Concepts, Inc. We are a team of business professionals who provide government agencies and private sector clients to successfully implement program management and governance. SIVAD Consulting provides comprehensive solutions and support services to federal, state and local government agencies (classified/non-classified contracts), prime contractors, and private industries. We are a service-oriented business built on strong client relationships, tailoring its services to meet its customers’ specific needs.
Our team of experienced professionals will support every phase of your project, program and resourcing and manage them from beginning to end. We focus on time management with all of the programs and projects we lead with quality completion. We develop paths to completion using either traditional waterfall methodologies or Agile scrum. Our PMs have worked through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and are familiar with developing all related program control and security documentation.
We also provide staff augmentation where we strategically outsource sharp talent for your projects that meet your business objectives. The technique consists of evaluating the existing staff and then determining which additional skills are required.
